Application

Qubix Additional Discount (QAD) plan helps hospitals and nursing homes scan QR Codes for Qubix products and earn additional discounts.

Brief - QAD is a loyalty program from QMPL to help loyal customers of Qubix to earn additional discount for buying Qubix products. The points representing additional discounts can be won on all the products of Qubix. QAD points are then aggregated and converted to value representing additional discounts will transfer to the beneficiary’s bank account.

Registration under the QAD app will help QMPL to understand usage & consumption by hospitals. Registration will also help the company to roll out customised training & development, seminars, CME to registered medical professionals, from time to time. The data is also important to extend product guarantees & replacements in case of product quality complaints.

Additionally, hospitals are eligible for introductory / promotional offers from QMPL from time to time. QAD is available in Android & IOS versions

Qubix Medicare Additional Discount
Terms and Conditions & Privacy Policy

  1. Qubix Medicare Pvt. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Qubix"). "Additional Discount" is launched for exclusive use for "Hospitals" or "Nursing homes" (hereinafter referred to as "Beneficiary / Consumer”) who are purchasing the Qubix brand.
  2. No other beneficiary / consumer from Qubix including Distributors, Stockists, Employees, etc shall participate in this program except verified Beneficiary / Consumer as mentioned in point 1 above. Additional Discount app is available on Google Play store and Apple App Store.
  3. Qubix reserves the right and shall take necessary legal steps against beneficiaries / consumers if it is found that they have registered in this program fraudulently even though they do not qualify to participate in the program within specified terms and conditions or guidelines.
  4. Qubix reserves all the rights to withdraw, modify, change or terminate the program at any point of time with or without notice to beneficiaries / consumers. Currently this program is implemented for all products, however Qubix reserves to exclude certain products from the program.
  5. To participate in the Additional Discount, one must be a Beneficiary / Consumer who is purchasing the Qubix brand as mentioned in point no. 1 above and is in compliance with all the statutory compliances laid down by the respective State Government as well as Central Government as are applicable for carrying out a particular business or profession in applicable categories.
  6. Additional Discount commences from 1st July 2021 and shall be valid until Qubix at its sole discretion decides to discontinue or terminate it.
  7. Beneficiary / consumer needs to register himself for the first time on the Android or IOS App directly, or via call centre for getting the benefits under the said program. Beneficiary / consumer shall input their correct profile and other required data for purpose of registration and update the same from time to time through app or toll-free call centre on 1800 5721625. Please search for Additional Discount on Google Play Store and Apple app store.
  8. In case of technical difficulty Beneficiary / Consumer can call the toll-free call centre on 1800 5721625 (hereinafter called as "Customer Care Number" or "Call centre") at any time between 09:00 am to 05.30 pm from Monday to Friday for assistance and guidance.
  9. Beneficiary / consumer are requested to confirm authenticity and validity of their Bank account details including account nos., IFSC codes and name/branch of scheduled Bank while registering such details through App or customer care. Qubix shall not in any way be held responsible for failure of the redemptions on account of incorrect or invalid bank account details.
  10. All eligible beneficiaries / consumers are required to submit copies of documents required for KYC like Adhaar card, Copy of Bank passbook (first page containing account details) /Cancelled cheque, as required by Qubix. KYC confirmation status can be confirmed in the app or through customer care.
  11. All eligible beneficiaries / consumers shall accrue points in their accounts as per the program terms & conditions as and when they buy genuine Qubix products through authorized channel partners, however redemption shall only happen once their KYC authorization is completed by Qubix.
  12. If any information provided by Beneficiary / Consumer is found incorrect, not current or incomplete or if Qubix has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is incorrect, untrue, inaccurate, not updated or incomplete, Qubix has the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate such account forthwith without any further notice.
  13. The registration for Additional Discount is non-transferable. It can solely be used by the original registered Beneficiary / Consumer only.
  14. Qubix shall continuously modify, develop and upgrade various features of this program by way of changes in software programming of browsing App which are required for utilizing the Additional Discount account. Beneficiaries / consumers are required to regularly update the version of app at their end to ensure installation of all such modifications and changes to continue participation in the program.
  15. Beneficiaries / consumers are requested to understand and ensure their devices conform to hardware and bandwidth specifications for uninterrupted use of this program on their smartphones. In case beneficiaries / consumers are unable to conform to these specifications, then they can participate in this program by taking help of dedicated customer care.
  16. Every user id for the Additional Discount shall be the registered mobile number and the password shall be the OTP received by the registered Beneficiary / Consumer on his mobile phone.
  17. Points can be accrued against purchase of Qubix products covered under this Additional Discount as announced by Qubix from time to time through Additional Discount application or using customer care no. Currently all the list of products are eligible under this program. Qubix reserves the right to increase or decrease the validity of the reward points at its sole discretion with or without notification to beneficiaries / consumers.
  18. The QR code printed on the package of Qubix can be scanned/used only once for collecting the points. Using or scanning Codes repeatedly is forbidden and may lead to suspension or cancellation of Registered account forthwith. Qubix will not be responsible for any kind of failure in code scanning or absence of QR code on the product packaging, technical failure due to technical malfunction of mobile network, mobile equipment, application system, software, failure for any product scan to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on internet/website /mobile application. However, Beneficiary / Consumer can still contact Customer care for support.
  19. In case the registered member is unable to access his account or for any reason including but not limited to loss of mobile phone, misuse by third person, wrong entry of QR code, wrong password entered for 3 times etc in such scenarios the registered Beneficiary / Consumer needs to call the customer care and after successful verification the call centre shall assist the said Beneficiary / Consumer.
  20. This program is based on points as applicable to specific products and beneficiaries / consumers which shall be communicated from time to time. Qubix reserves its right to change, modify or even exclude certain products, points & beneficiaries / consumers category from eligibility to this program at any point of time with or without prior notice.
  21. Upon redemption of the Points, the points so redeemed shall automatically stand reduced from the accumulated Points in the said Beneficiary / Consumer’s account.
  22. Qubix reserves the right to reject/cancel/suspend any account if they deem it has been forged or otherwise tampered with and to delete/ remove / terminate / discontinue any Beneficiary / Consumer on its sole discretion without assigning any reason.
  23. In case Beneficiary / Consumer accounts remain inactive (no transaction or login in the said account) beyond 90 days' time, Qubix shall endeavour to contact all such beneficiaries / consumers through phone, SMS (message) and personal visit to regularize the relationship. However, despite all efforts if it is not possible to establish any contact with the member then Qubix reserves right to forfeit rewards & points lying as balance in the said account.
  24. Only after reaching 500 points, beneficiaries / consumers can redeem the Points, the Points will be transferred to the Beneficiary / Consumer’s account only if the beneficiaries / consumers have scanned Qubix Products.QMPL shall transfer amounts to the beneficiaries to their bank account on the first week of every following month on which beneficiary reaches the target of 500 points or more.

It is important that you read the privacy policy carefully before anytime you use our services, you consent the practices we describe in the privacy policy. If you do not agree to the practices described in the privacy policy, you should not use our services
